Simple and secure electronic invoicing with Peppol

Invoice quickly and easily

What is Peppol?

Peppol (Pan-European Public Procurement OnLine) is a secure network that enables the exchange of electronic invoices between businesses and public administrations across Europe.
Rather than just a file format, Peppol is a standardized communication channel: it ensures your invoice reaches the right recipient, in the right format, without errors or data loss.

How does it work?

When you create an invoice in Elhoo, it is automatically sent via the Peppol network, which securely verifies and transmits the data. Your client then receives the invoice directly in their accounting system, ready to be processed without manual intervention. No email, no attachments, no risk of error: everything happens through a standardized and fully secure exchange between connected systems.

Your quick and easy Peppol access point.

Elhoo makes your connection to the Peppol network simple. In just a few minutes, you can create an account, verify your identity, and start sending or receiving electronic invoices in full compliance. No technical setup, no complexity: Elhoo takes care of everything to offer you fast, secure, and reliable access to e-invoicing.

Where is Peppol used?

The Peppol network is now active in many countries around the world, allowing your company to easily exchange electronic invoices with partners across borders. Initiated in Europe to standardize exchanges between businesses and administrations, Peppol has gradually been adopted as the reference solution for electronic invoicing.

In Europe, many countries have made e-invoicing via Peppol mandatory for invoices sent to public entities and encourage its use between companies: including Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Austria, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium (implementation planned for 2026), and others.

Switch to electronic invoicing with ease.

With Elhoo, try creating and sending invoices via Peppol for free, with no complicated setup.

With Elhoo, everything is ready.
Simply follow the steps in the registration form, verify your identity (ID card of the legal representative), and your account will be validated within 24 to 48 hours.
Once approved, you can send and receive Peppol invoices directly from your Elhoo dashboard.
If your client isn’t yet registered on the Peppol network, you can still send the invoice by email or via other channels available on Elhoo.
You can also invite them to join Peppol to benefit from automated and compliant e-invoicing.
Each company registered on the network has a unique Peppol ID, often based on its VAT or business number.
This ID allows systems to recognize the correct recipient.
In Elhoo, simply enter your client’s Peppol ID and the invoice will automatically be sent to the right company.
Once your form is completed and your documents verified, validation takes an average of 24 to 48 hours.
You’ll receive an email as soon as your account is active and you can start sending your first electronic invoices.
